GCSE PE - Option Course Tops

Please only complete this form if your child is studying GCSE PE as one of their options.

A letter regarding GCSE PE tops has been emailed home to parents/carers.

If your child is following a GCSE PE option, please ensure that this form is completed and payment of £20.50 for the PE top and Edexcel revision guide and workbook is made via ParentPay by Friday 4th July.

Additional PE tops may be ordered at a cost of £15.00 each.
