I am delighted to inform you that Norfolk and Suffolk Constabulary are holding a number of online Positive Action Recruitment workshops across the next few weeks.

In order for us to be able to best serve our communities effectively and efficiently, it is vital that our police force is inclusive, diverse and representative of our community.  That is why it is important to us that our ‘policing family’ is inclusive and welcoming of people from all backgrounds and why we are devoted to building strong relationships within our community, with the hope to inspire people to join us.

If you, or someone you know, are considering joining us as a Police Officer or Police member of staff we would like to invite you to attended our online careers workshops. We welcome you to share this email with your personal and/or professional networks.

During these interactive workshops, you will gain an invaluable insight in to the world of policing as hear inspirational stories from a variety of our current serving police officers and staff who will be talking about their experiences of joining our police service, the reasons they chose to join, and how they have been supported as an under-represented individual within our constabularies. Our Positive Action Recruitment team will also be providing a breakdown of the recruitment process, application process, our entry requirements and why we are committed to furthering diversity and inclusion in our workforce.
