School Reports
The following school reports have recently been shared via SIMS Parent and SIMS Student:

Please ensure that you read your child’s report on SIMS Parent and then complete the parent/carer feedback form which can be found in the report letter.

Year 11 Parent and Carer Evenings (PACEs) – Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th November 2025
Please note that the booking ‘window’ in SchoolCloud will be open from 4pm today (Friday 17th October) for the year 11 parents’ evenings.
Important points to note:
- This will mean that you will be able to book appointments for all subjects except core PE from this time.
- If you wish to book a core PE appointment you will be able to do this from 4pm on Friday 24th October. This allows students taking PE GCSE to have priority booking for appointments with the PE staff.
- If your child studies PE GCSE, you do not need to make a core PE appointment as the PE teacher will cover both GCSE and core PE with the in the GCSE appointment.
- From 4pm on Friday 24th October, remaining appointments for option subject teachers will open for year 9 and 10 students to be able to book. We therefore encourage year 11 families to book their appointments prior to this date.
- If your child is taught by Mr Turrell for maths and/or business - maths appointments with Mr Turrell will be available to be booked in the first window. Business appointments with Mr Turrell for years 9-11 will be available to book in the second window.

SIMS Student
Students have access to SIMS Student using their school alf.education email address.
To get support with SIMS Student, students can see their computing teacher or Mrs Cooke in the STAR office at break or lunch time. They are also able to visit room 34 at break or lunch.

SIMS Parent
All parents/carers with parental responsibility are able to access SIMS Parent once registered.
To get support with SIMS Parent, parents/carers can email simsparent@aylshamhigh.norfolk.sch.uk.
