Train Like a Pro with Advantage Rugby Academy! 🏉

Join us for an unforgettable week of elite rugby training – just like you're in camp preparing for the Six Nations!

This immersive experience gives students the opportunity to train like professional athletes, with expert coaching and a full development programme including:

✅ Nutrition planning – Fuel your body like the pros
💪 Strength & conditioning – Build power, speed and endurance
🎯 Tactical insight – Learn how to outsmart the opposition
🏉 Skill development – Sharpen your handling, kicking, and decision-making

Throughout the week, students will compete in skills challenges, with prizes up for grabs! And to finish off the camp in style, we'll host our very own Friday Touch World Cup – complete with music, a fun atmosphere, and a presentation ceremony.

And don’t think the Pro’s don’t play on a PlayStation. A week in camp wouldn’t be complete with a competition on Jonah Lomu Rugby!!

This trip will depart from Aylsham High School daily and students should meet each day in the gym.  Students will return to school by 3.25 pm in time to catch buses.
