Beginners' Yoga course
Jing will be leading a 6-week beginners' yoga course starting on Friday 10th July at 6pm.
There are limited spaces (first come, first served) for members and non-members. The course is free for gym members with a caveat that if you miss 2 sessions or more, there will be a £10 fee applied. The course fee for non-members is £35.
Discover the foundations of yoga in a supportive and friendly environment. This beginners' course is designed for anyone new to yoga, regardless of age, fitness level, or flexibility. You'll learn basic yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation practices, and simple mindfulness exercises to help improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.
Each session builds gradually, allowing you to develop confidence and body awareness at your own pace. Modifications and guidance are provided throughout, making the course accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Aylsham Sports Hub members' support in the build up to Marriott's Way 10k on 20th September
Marriott's Way 10k | Broadland and South Norfolk
We'd like to encourage members to come together and take part in the Marriott's Way 10K this September. So far, we have five members of the team signed up to run, and it would be fantastic to see how many of our members can join us and complete the event.
To help you prepare, Darren will be offering support and guidance in the lead-up to the 10K. If you sign up using the form below, I'll send you a basic training plan to get you started from 13th July.
While there is a fee to sign up to run the Marriott's Way 10k, there is no fee to join our members' support forum.
