Our year 11’s have progressed to the Final of the County Cup. One more chance to play together as an AHS team! A polished performance from start to finish, all players gave their all in a comfortable 3-0 win. The woodwork also took a battering!
The year 10 football team should be incredibly proud of their performance and the way that they conducted themselves in the County Cup final on Monday. It was a good game played in a great spirit. Congratulations to Ormiston Vistory who won, and we wish them the best of luck in the National Finals.
Kathy Findlay, our EAL Co-ordinator, and her husband, Ben, are raising money to stock an EAL section in the school library, complete with easy readers, magazines and popular titles, so that students who are still learning English can feel included and progress in their learning.
