In order for us to assess the demand for lessons, please complete the form below by Friday 25th September.

Please note that if your child has hired or borrowed an instrument, and does not wish to continue with lessons, this needs to be returned to the school's reception as soon as possible.

Please note that is it unlikely that shared lessons will be able to take place under the current guidelines; this will affect the cost of lessons if you have previously paid for shared lessons.
