If your child has been given an Aylsham Slow Food Festival letter, please complete the following consent form by Friday 27th September.

I am happy for my child to help at the Aylsham Slow Food Festival during the evening of Friday 4th October at Aylsham High School and will make arrangements for them to be collected at either 5.30pm or 9.30pm.
