Aylsham High School celebrates each year 11 group leaving school with an event called The Prom to mark the end of their time with us. This takes place this year on Saturday 1st July at Mannington Hall. The ticket price covers all the basics such as venue, marquee and food & drink.
However, we raise funds throughout the year to enjoy the extras such as chocolate fountain, decorations, hire of dance floor, etc which make the evening the special and significant event we hope it is for our students. We also like to donate a portion of funds raised to our designated charity, Water Aid, where possible.
Our final major fundraiser this year is An Auction of Promises and Treats to be held at the High School on Wednesday 3rd May at 7 pm.
We would very much like to invite you to come along and support us while bagging a bargain! We have had many generous donations of Lots from the local community and far beyond. Below is a list of some of the attractions on offer next Wednesday. Refreshments will also be available to accompany the delight of a winning bid! Many thanks to Mr Tom Corfield of Arnolds Keys for agreeing to be our Auctioneer for the evening.
These superstars won the East of England Rugby Touch Festival and are now off to the National Finals in Worcester on June 22nd.
If we perform well on this day, we will play at half time during the England v Ireland, 6 Nations match at Twickenham.
We are collecting the tokens in the local papers for free Lego for the school library and since the 20th February they have started to be printed in our local press.
They will be available daily in the Eastern Daily Press (two on Saturday), Norwich Evening News (two on Saturday), East Anglian Daily Times (two on Saturday), Ipswich Star, and weekly in the North Norfolk News, Dereham and Fakenham Times, Beccles & Bungay Journal, Lowestoft Journal and Great Yarmouth Mercury. The last tokens will be printed in paper w/c 24th April 2023. Look out for our extra special bonus token days throughout the campaign.
There is a collection box in reception.
If friends, neighbours and relatives get a local paper we would be really grateful for support with this as the Lego would make a creative and popular addition to our lunchtime activities
Any questions please don't hesitate to ask
Thank you

A huge well done to cast (the students were magnificent) and crew and to Noah our alumni director. An extra-special thank you to our producer Tanya Wiseman. It was the perfect swan song for her work on our productions. 18 years of great shows alongside a range of great collaborators.
Thanks to all the staff and families that came to watch it.
